Shipping & Refunds
SHIPPING POLICY- All ‘NATURAL HAIR COLOR’ orders will ship the next BUSINESS DAY. Business days are Monday-Friday. Shipping options will be given at the checkout. NO shipping on weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING POLICY ON CUSTOM COLORS- Please ALLOW 7 DAYS for any colors other than natural hair colors. We take pride in making sure our colored hair is very evenly colored and completely dried prior to shipping.
RETURNS-You have 5 BUSINESS DAYS from the day your hair was delivered to you, to contact us about returning your merchandise! We track all packages so we know when the packages are delivered. Contact us on our CONTACT US PAGE or EMAIL US at email@example.com.
1. Hair MUST be in the original package and received by US within 14 business days from the day you received it.
2. The hair must NOT have been opened, tampered with or unbanned.
3. The hair should not be Cut in anyway, Tangled, Frayed or Shampooed.
4. In order to receive a REFUND... the hair must be exactly how it was when you opened the box. REFUND will be granted once the hair is received and inspected. PLEASE PUT INSURANCE ON YOUR RETURN IN CASE OF CARRIER ISSUES.
